Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty was born 1 October, 1995 at Berkeley, California, USA. She is an acclaimed actress that has appeared in Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006,) and Chrissie mayr's Content House.

Asia Argento grew up in Rome Italy. Her family is a group of actors and she has also been working in both fields. Her debut came when she was just nine years old in Sergio Citti's Sogni e bisogni (1985). In 1988, Michele Soavi's The Church was directed by Michele Soavi and she played in the role of Cristina Comencini's Zoo. In 1989, she played Nanni Moretti's daughter as the Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). Close Friends (1992) by Michele Placido (both writer and director) is the year that Asia really began to become a household name. It let her progress from roles that were primarily young females to more sophisticated and mature character. This movie received a positive response at the Cannes International Film Festival. Trauma was her first film created with her father. Her mother Daria Nicoledi, is Argento's favorite actress. The film Trauma she played an anorexic searching for the killer of her parents. The Phantom of the Opera is the third film she has acted in with her Father, which includes Trauma & The Stendhal Syndrome. Asia's focused and intense style of acting has also been used in the film by Giuseppe Piccioni in Condannato a nozze. Patrice Chereau was her director in Queen Margot the film, in which she played a prominent role. In 1995, her collaboration alongside Michel Piccoli, in Peter Del Monte's Traveling Companion won her yet another award, this time the David di Donatello as well as Grolla di Oro. In 1994 Asia turned her hand to filmmaking and made two short films: Prospettive In 1996 she directed a documentary on her father and, in 1998, one on the cult director Abel Ferrara, Abel/Asia (1998) and was awarded an award at the Rome Film Festival. Asia directed her debut film in Scarlet Diva (2000). The film was a collaboration between Asia with screenwriter/actor Linda McArtney. The film premiered in May 2000 across Italy and the rest of the world. The film was awarded a prize during the Williamsburg International Film Festival. Brooklyn. Anna Lou was born in 2001 following her directing several music videos. In 2002, she appeared involved in The Red Siren directed by Olivier Megaton and starred alongside Jean-Marc Barr. Rob Cohen also directed the action-packed thriller together with Vin Diesel. Asia also has a selection of short stories, which have appeared in prestigious magazines.
